Who we are looking for

We're looking for a North America Women's Fitness Brand & Product Specialist to join our Beaverton-based team.

This role will focus on product management for the W's Fitness team while supporting the development and execution of marketing concepts that fuel daily engagement and relationships with our women consumer In partnership with teammates across the Marketing organization, this role will be responsible for bringing the best of the Nike directly to her, crafting a meaningful connection to both the brand, the wellness space, and style.

The candidate should have a knowledge of product (knowledge of SAP a plus), internal product timelines, a digital first mentality, strong attention to detail, an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to deliver marketing excellence, and thrive in high-change / test and learn environments. They should be ready to embrace an approach that will challenge the status quo and push the brand to new places - helping translate unique insights into strategies and concepts that unlock new consumer touchpoints.

Additionally, they should have a results-driven approach to their work, demonstrating an ability to lead multiple tasks while building strong working relationships across a matrixed organization.

What you will work on

If this is you, you'll be working with a networked Womens Brand Management offense across Global, Geo, and City teams to deliver key product marketing priorities and define the seasonal, annual, and long-term brand plans that will serve the needs of our Womens Fitness consumers.

As the North America Women's Brand & Product Specialist, you will:
  • Lead product management and ordering for current and future seasonal execution
  • Lead seasonal product journeys for full Womens Fitness priorities
  • Support an integrated annual + seasonal planning process through ideation and presentation across key cities / functions in North America
  • Manage asset development and distribution across multiple channels
  • Help craft and maintain seasonal plan foundationstarting with roadmap of product & moments
  • Help craft and drive monthly Nike Well Collective Trainer social briefs/content creator briefs + related product support needs
  • Open and process POs, invoices, contracts, product orders
  • Drive initiative recap and teardown processtrack cumulative engagement/results to deliver insights that will inform future work
  • Monitor and identify key consumer trends
Who you will work with

As the North America Womens Brand & Product Specialist, you will report directly to the North America Womens Fitness Brand Director.

To facilitate the development and implementation of those plans, you will build and maintain effective relationships across a diverse set of internal and external partners, including the following:
