Mission

: Leading and development of the CIP department in the plant . Internal Consultant to the plant management according CIP as well as plant performance. Responsible for development, implementation and adjustment of the plant CIP roadmap in cooperation with the Regional CIP as well as plant manager. Responsible for the implementation of different CIP-tools (Value Stream, SMED, 5S, Shopfloor Management etc.) in the plant in cooperation with the Regional CIP. Responsible of the IDEAS process at the plant. Responsible for the verification of best practice proposals in the plant and communicate it to the Regional CIP. Responsible of the development of the maturity level in the CIP-Assessment at the plant in cooperation with the plant management team. Preparation, Performing and Follow-up of CIP Workshops (Value Stream, SMED, 5S etc.) and identify together with the project team new potential. Support the implementation to the responsible function with the method knowledge. Ensure the implementation of the different potentials of different CIP-workshops, in cooperation with the plant management. Training and Coaching of different plant management levels as well as employees with different lean tools. Compile workshop results and create corresponding reports for plant manager, Regional CIP as well as governance CIP. Corresponding with the Regional CIP as well as other Plant CIP-Managers in the CIP-network. Requirement

: Engineer’s degree with more than 3 year of experience in the automotive field. LEAN Manufacturing Tools e.g. VSM , SMED, Shopfloor Management, 5S Knowledge in the Industry 4.0 A strategic and analytical mindset. English advanced level – German is suitable. A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures. An excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills. A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies. Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Leadership and Mentoring skills. Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change .
