This individual will serve as a member of the Resource Development team and liaise between Casa Central and its grantors. They will research, prepare, submit, and facilitate grant proposals/reports that support agency goals and meet funder guidelines and criteria. This individual will serve as the primary grant writer, facilitate funder relationships, engage in compliance reporting, and support special project initiatives. This position requires strong writing, data analysis, program budgeting, project management skills, with an emphasis on outcome measurement. Prepares and organizes materials for proposals, and submits and monitors grant applications.2. Maintains grant compliance and reporting, including outcome measurement and grant budgets - takes responsibility for meeting high standards of effectiveness, timeliness, and completeness.3. Researches statistics, trends and date or grant proposals and community advocacy, and performs research and data-gathering from both external sources and Casa program data.4. Under the guidance of the Director of Advancement and in collaboration with the Community Partnership Coordinator, develops and fosters relationships with institutional funders, and provides stewardship for existing grantors.5. Drafts proposals/LOIs, grant application narratives and budgets, then collaborates with program staff, finance and the CEO to finalize.6. Tracks progress toward organizational and programmatic outcomes and goals, and submit reports to funders and investors. 7.
