They will research, prepare, submit, and facilitate grant proposals/reports that support agency goals and meet funder guidelines and criteria. This individual will serve as the primary grant writer, facilitate funder relationships, engage in compliance reporting, and support special project initiatives. This position requires strong writing, data analysis, program budgeting, project management skills, with an emphasis on outcome measurement. Prepares and organizes materials for proposals, and submits and monitors grant applications.2. Researches statistics, trends and date or grant proposals and community advocacy, and performs research and data-gathering from both external sources and Casa program data.4. Drafts proposals/LOIs, grant application narratives and budgets, then collaborates with program staff, finance and the CEO to finalize.6.
