The Innovation Project Manager oversees the innovation initiatives across Marmon Crane Services. We are seeking a detailed-oriented, creative minded individual who has experience managing multiple projects with varying timelines. They will be responsible for overseeing innovation projects from start to finish.
Responsible for the planning, procurement, and execution of innovation projects.
Act as a thought partner to MCS leaders to shape early-stage innovation opportunities into concrete projects.
Work closely with key stakeholders to align project plans, priorities, execution and delivery of highly technical initiatives.
Manage, plan and track resources, milestones, deliverables, and communications throughout the execution of simultaneous projects.
Anticipate and plan for future needs and challenges around timelines, workflow changes and program deliverables.
Availability to travel 20% of the time.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Brings 8+ years of practical experience in the crane industry.
Has a track record for successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
Can navigate through degrees of ambiguity and translate strategic opportunities into tangible next steps.
Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment and possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity.
Can communicate effectively and inclusively across cultures, creative, and technical teams.
Is effective at giving honest and direct feedback.
