Find and secure speaking opportunities at conferences for our CEO, other team members, and/or yourself (if you’re good at it). Run effective digital ad campaigns that measurably increase leads. Ensure we have effective outbound campaigns in place (mailers, emails, cold calling, etc.). Develop and implement a digital advertising strategy for clients. Qualifications Marketing expert with management experience. Director, AVP, or VP level applicants would make great candidates. Highly skilled and experienced in digital marketing - specifically Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Search Engine Optimization. Strategic - See the forest through the trees. Be 10 steps ahead of everyone else. See trends, opportunities, and troubles before others and plan for them. Has experience in, or at least a deep understanding of, B2B sales. Show us a track record of success. We’d like to see someone that has directly impacted revenue growth for a company. Examples: opened new territories, marketed new product lines, turned around a struggling marketing department. The perfect candidate would have experience in a tech/SaaS environment and the multifamily industry. Either would be a bonus, neither are required. A person of character. No exceptions.
