Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Engineer at Revive Home Brands, located in Grabill, IN. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for utilizing analytical skills to optimize manufacturing processes, implementing process improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Analytical Skills and Industrial Engineering expertise
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Process Improvement
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot operational issues
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Experience in the furniture or home goods industry is a plus
