This means managing tool time, acting as the first level of technical support for issues arising during integration and testing, and carrying out maintenance and recovery tasks. Manage schedule for a system during integration, and coordinate tool time on an hour-by-hour basis with key stakeholders Carry out procedures defined by subsystem or systems engineers Act as the first line of system-level support: recover the tool from known error conditions, perform diagnostic steps to isolate the cause of the issue, escalate to the appropriate subject matter expert if specialty expertise is required. Perform preventative maintenance or recover tasks using pre-defined procedures. Write assembly, test, and troubleshooting procedures. Debug and troubleshoot design problems Test and debug sub-system and system level issues, such as particle contamination, chemical contamination, vacuum issues, vent/gas-line issues, alignment issues, and stage positioning issues. Occasional weekend or night/evening support will be required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working hands-on with complex capital equipment in early integration phases Strong general troubleshooting and diagnostic skillset Ability to follow complex technical procedures that are not 100% complete or fully polished Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree or higher with work experience of 3 years in a manufacturing or system integration environment Associate’s degree with work experience of 5 years in a manufacturing or system integration environment The company offers a total rewards package that is competitive and comprehensive including but not limited to the following: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.
