JOB SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE
As a T2NOC Specialist I, you focus on enhancing and simplifying the client experience. With a positive and patient attitude, you provide frontline assistance from our 24/7 NOC center to clients who subscribe to our voice, video, data, and managed services. You excel at connecting with clients, troubleshooting potential technical issues, and proactively addressing situations by providing step-by-step directions toward a resolution. You accelerate the resolution process by collaborating with other departments, such as Network Operations Center (NOCs), Network Engineering, or Field and Client Account teams. You will also schedule and dispatch field technicians on troubles and service orders. You thrive in an office environment supporting clients across the company footprint.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the status of alarms and alerts to quickly notify customers and dispatch technicians accordingly.
- Analyze troubles for quick resolution or dispatch.
- Properly schedule and dispatch technicians on service orders
- Support Technicians on troubles
- Input of system maintenance instances.
- Next-level support for CRS/CC personnel.
- Must be willing to work on-call schedule, weekend schedule, some holidays, and shift schedules to support 24/7 operations.
- Other duties as directed by management.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 plus year directly related experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills.
WORK HOURS 11 AM - 8 PM
