Seeking an experienced physician leader to serve as Medical Director for Providence ElderPlace, a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly. Full-time position, the leader in this position will provide clinical oversight of physicians and APC, help manage the primary care providers and offer consultation to all clinicians and administrators within the program. Responsible for development, revision, and implementation of clinical policies and provider EHR workflows, oversight of program quality care and appropriate utilization of healthcare resources for frail older adults. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with older adults with complex medical needs, be board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, additional certification in Geriatric Medicine and/or Palliative Medicine is preferred and will have a minimum of five years of demonstrated leadership experience with an understanding of managed care environment.
