Some of the key responsibilities will include:

Drive the People agenda in accordance with business priorities and organizational vision.

Oversee all aspects of human resource activities, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent development, health & safety, HR administration, HR information systems, payroll, employee communications, and labour relations.

Play an advisory role to senior business leaders to support them in developing progressive talent solutions to meet business objectives.

Provide leadership to a team of HR Business Partners and HR Center of Excellence and ensure service deliverables are met and aligned with business objectives.

Spearhead initiatives for employee engagement, career development, and performance management to promote a high-performing work culture.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

Degree qualified with at least 15 years solid commercial HR experience across the full spectrum of HR.

Strong business acumen, proven problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.

Experience leading HR teams in large and complex organizations will be beneficial.

Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels.

Good organizational skills with an energetic and flexible approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
