Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, supplies, and communications.
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial records, invoices, and payroll.
- Leverage Office 365 to maintain organized digital documents, calendars, and communications.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff, ensuring clear communication and support.
- Track project timelines and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety and administrative protocols in collaboration with the field team.
- Support the leadership team with reporting, scheduling, and other administrative needs.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Office 365 is required.
- Previous office management experience, preferably in the construction or residential industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Male candidates preferred, as per team dynamics (gender preference permitted by applicable law).
- Experience with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) methodologies.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Social media management or content creation experience is an advantage.
- Bi-weekly pay cycle.
- Safety equipment provided, including helmets, gloves, and other protective gear.
- Travel projects with per diem.
- Volunteer Time Off (VTO).
- Access to training and certifications, including safety and technical programs.
- Manufacturer training and certifications (e.g., OSHA, Fall Protection, Lifts).
- Personal Tool Replacement Program.
- Company events, including BBQs, holiday parties, fishing, hunting, concerts, and sports games.
- Uniforms and safety apparel provided.
- Alignment with charitable initiatives and projects.
- Part-Time or Full-time position with standard office hours, with flexibility based on project requirements.
- Based in Bellingham, WA.
