Our Miami office is in Edgewater, Miami. To support our growth, we are looking for two Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Miami.

The full requirements for this role include:

  • Previous experience of 360 recruitment, either contract or perm or contract to hire
  • Ideally, experience working within the IT Recruitment Space, but training will be provided for those wanting to change industries
  • Can demonstrate excellent Business Development experience
  • Build your network by connecting and identifying the best candidates and clients in your market
  • Negotiate, organize, and finalize arrangements between candidates and clients
  • Sign terms (Retainer, Product Solution, Contingent) with new clients and develop existing client relationships further
  • Good team player
  • A huge desire to win and be the best at what you do
