We are located at 329 Conway Street, Greenfield, MA 01301. Role Overview We are seeking a Per diem Patient Services Representative (PSR) to help cover vacations, call outs, and staffing shortages. We are open Monday though Friday, primarily looking for someone to cover between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm, and the days will vary dependent on coverage needed. While this role will primarily be at our Greenfield location, there is possibility to cover at our two other sites in West Hatfield (4 West Street West Hatfield, MA 01088) and Amherst (170 University Dr Amherst, MA 01003). The PSR serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient settingQualifications: Qualifications Whether you are seeking to gain more experience in the healthcare industry or a proven healthcare professional seeking a new challenge, the Patient Services Representative role is the opportunity for you.
