Our client, a large cybersecurity organization, is seeking a HR Operations Specialist to join their team in Santa Clara, CA. This position provides provide HR administration support including, data entry, maintaining HR records and other tasks as assigned.

Location:

Santa Clara, CA Pay Rate:

$30-$32/hr Contract: 6 months with potential to extend

Responsibilities

Ensure a best-in-class employee experience through high level of service, empathy and operational excellence

Build strong relationships with other HR teams to coordinate workflow, processes, and communication with key stakeholders; ensure seamless hand-off of processes and deliverables

Support multiple and concurrent ad hoc requests and regional projects getting our People Operations future ready in an ever-changing environment

Provide employees with exceptional service regarding HR related inquiries through resolution accountability

Manages and provides early intervention and support for the resolution to issues as they are identified and helps to implement long-term solutions

Perform other HR operational tasks such as data entry, employment verification requests, coordination with payroll, overall maintenance of employee records, ensuring data integrity and other tasks as assigned

Ensure employee data is up to date, accurate and compliant within our HR system

Qualifications

2+ years of progressive HR Operations experience in a technology organization or technology-related business, preferably with a multinational company (MNC)

General knowledge of HR functions including benefits, payroll, HR programs etc
