We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and reliable Customer Service
Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for
connecting with and assisting people as they ensure an amazing customer experience
for our customers from start to finish.
Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance and information to
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide guidance on available services.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with service professionals to ensure timely and efficient completion of
projects.

- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests in the company database.

- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and
exceptional service.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers resolve their issues and achieve their goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding customer
Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour and is dependent on your experience.
