The Fleet Maintenance and Operations Coordinator will be primarily responsible to oversee the maintenance, safety and upkeep of a growing number of fleet vehicles used by the employees and partners in all offices of World Relief Western Washington.

Role & Responsibilities
    • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
    • Directly responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all vehicles in all offices of World Relief Western Washington
    • Oversee vehicle insurance needs and assure all inventoried vehicles have adequate coverage and proof of insurance
    • Responsible for all aspects of vehicle storage and security
    • Create regular inspection and maintenance schedules for each vehicle
    • Make repair vs. replace decisions on vehicles with input from Director of Finance Create, update and maintain active driver list for MVR requirements
    • Complete all vehicle licensing and title recording with Department of Licensing
    • Source and negotiate purchase when necessary for additional vehicle procurement
    • Handle all aspects of vehicle donations directly with our donors
    • Facilitate office needs for management of parking and storage spaces
    • Implement procedures for checking out vehicles and oversight of refueling of vehicles
    • Available to assist program participants as a driver when capacity allows
    • Work with Office manager and Property management to assure building maintenance and security
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
    • Experience and knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance as well as a personal enjoyment of keeping things running efficiently and safely
    • Demonstrated cultural competency and an ability to relate well with people different from one's own background
    • Self-motivated with strong follow-through and ability to work independently
    • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • Comfortable driving vehicles of many different sizes
    • Strong organizational and communication skills

$27.75 - $28.60 an hour
