Job Summary This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Medical Assistant in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, gathering and documenting patient information, and contributing to the assessment and development of patient care plans. Responsibilities Gather and document patient information, including lab values, pain levels, patient education needs, nutritional status, and potential complications Contribute to the assessment and re-assessment of patients Monitor and document patient status Participate in the development of patient care plans, including implementation and evaluation of appropriate interventions Manage large call volumes while maintaining excellent telephone etiquette Organize workflow to meet patient needs in a timely manner Requirements Current nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification/registration 6 months of clinic MA experience or the ability to successfully complete the INTEGRIS Health Caregiver Placement Program (CPP) 6 months of customer service experience preferred CPR or BLS certification within 90 days of employment Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written) Benefits Fully paid short-term disability Increased retirement match Paid family leave Sign-on bonus of $2500 for new hires accepted by 12.31.2024 EEO Statement: INTEGRIS is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
