In your new career, you will work with the Assistant Community Director and staff to provide a variety of services to current and potential residents in this busy, beautiful community.
You will provide a variety of services to current residents. Among these responsibilities, as our new Community Administrator, you will:
Manage the resident services desk
Administer monthly rent collection, maintain resident files, manage incoming mail/packages/resident deliveries
Interface with maintenance and leasing staff
Assist in answering phones/email & handling resident inquiries/questions
Overall, you will play an important part in promoting an overall positive, proactive first and lasting impression of your Lewis community. You may also assist with various community projects, activities and events.
To be successful, you should have exceptional customer service and solid administrative skills. Previous knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel is required. Hours are 9am-6pm. Days off are Friday and Saturday.
PLEASE NOTE:
Professionalism, polish, and personality are key to this position. Previous experience in upscale retail, hotel, or customer service
environments is highly preferred.
