The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5+ years of experience and be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us maintain a strong brand presence with innovative promotional and marketing campaigns, while responding to proposal requests and working with the technical staff. You will report to the Director of Marketing/Business Development and support marketing efforts that include collateral maintenance, database management, proposal and submittal responses, graphic design and market research. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Responsibilities Support Director in all aspects of Marketing and Business Development. Respond to Qualification Packages and Submittal Responses. Assist in interview and presentation preparation. Collaborate with engineering staff for updated information, as needed. Assist in lead research and generation. Design e-blast announcements, social media content Support and represent the firm at industry events. Participate in training and industry events to stay on top of the latest technology and tools. Develop creative/strategic content for pursuits, proposals, special graphics and newsletter.

Qualifications 3-5 years' of marketing experience BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, Design or a related field of study Excellent writing and communication skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with WordPress
