About the Role:

The Supply Planning Analyst, a key member of the Integrated Business Planning team, is entrusted with the planning and optimization of our product portfolio. This role facilitates cross-functional reporting for supply planning metrics and closely collaborates with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely availability of the right products across our distribution center network.

Responsibilities:

•Achieve business objectives including delivery, product growth, and diversity.

•Manage Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) process to maintain targeted CFR rate within the distribution center network while minimizing network movement spend.

•Own and distribute CFR reporting daily.

•Provide bi-weekly reporting to leadership on SKUs within established limits.

•Conduct business analysis, propose solutions, and execute initiatives.

•Coordinate ordering and management of display components and inventory, offering support to marketing and logistics for fulfilling customer display orders while optimizing the display portfolio.

•Lead inventory projection analysis and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align inventory with targets monthly and annually.

•Handle large data sets to develop and maintain tools for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team, enhancing transparency and planning efficiency.

•Provide project support across the portfolio, with a particular focus on artwork update projects to minimize obsolete packaging risk and ensure uninterrupted supply.

•Support both domestic production and imported supply planning as required.

•Assess shortage issues and provide analysis to leadership to inform business decisions.

•Offer customer-specific support by managing warehouse-within-a-warehouse and replenishment programs for strategic customers.

•Assist with strategic projects related to planning and sourcing.

•Maintain high fill rates for customer orders and ensure on-time delivery according to requested arrival dates.

•Identify and implement measures to reduce waste and optimize the supply chain network through accountability.

•Communicate supply updates to cross-functional teams effectively.

•Collaborate with logistics on replenishment order movements between distribution centers to minimize expenditure.

•Conduct root cause analysis on replenishment costing to drive actions for reducing future spend.

•Achieve continuous improvement objectives.

Requirements:

•3-5 years of experience in planning, distribution, and/or logistics, preferably in the CPG industry.

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred.

•Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

•Experience working within hierarchical structures.

•Excellent analytical, presentation, and writing skills.
