We are hiring a

Digital Product Manager

to lead our

Digital Marketing & Professional Education

team within the MedSurg business units. As a thought leader, you will manage day-to-day responsibilities, guide the team, and ensure successful product delivery. Your primary focus will be on developing and enhancing digital marketing capabilities. These capabilities will empower our field sales organization by providing valuable insights and generating leads through our digital channels. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple software development teams to incorporate innovative features into existing and new applications/platforms.

Your responsibilities will include: Leverage agile and product model methodologies to execute on product development, management, implementation, and operations for the product team for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud. Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders to establish a value-driven and outcome-based culture as core inputs to the product roadmap. Act as an intermediary between technology teams, architecture, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders; building confidence with each that their input is represented in the product roadmap and will be delivered on time and as expected. Establish and track measurable objectives for the team. Responsible for leading the delivery activities associated with the product backlog, engineering, testing, documentation, and problem resolution. Manage product team budgets, provide related vendor management and oversight, and lead required contract and sourcing negotiations. Inform product decisions by balancing user and business stakeholder input; create and execute on product roadmaps (outcome-based). Lead team meetings, Scrum ceremonies, and business stakeholder interactions. Solicit input from Architecture, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Security, Privacy, and other functions to deliver well-architected and compliant software in an agile manner. Serve as the interface between the development team and the business. Represent the Product Owner, Stakeholders, and functions in all team discussions. Manage and communicate product status to stakeholders and senior leadership. Build trust with stakeholders, working through difficult transitions to agile best practices. In all actions, demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the quality processes and procedures that exist. Maintain and continuously upgrade their knowledge of digital technologies, the external competitive landscape, product interconnectivity and system integrations, and business challenges/objectives; capable of learning rapidly to fill any knowledge gaps. Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other related discipline. 8+ years of work experience, including 5+ years devoted to digital product management and/or a related field. Experience with and knowledge of commercial technology systems including SFDC Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud and systems (or similar platforms) used to manage financials, contract management, and associated business processes. Demonstrated experience collaborating in a highly matrixed environment (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and IT) to implement technology solutions that support our strategic business objectives. Knowledge of agile development practices and the ability to implement methodology changes where appropriate to accommodate business or team objectives. Preferred Qualification & Competencies:

Salesforce certifications. Proven adaptability, comfortable with change, and with a demonstrated ability to react and respond to a fast-changing environment. Proven experience conceiving and delivering innovative solutions that leverage technology and information (experience in a healthcare domain highly desirable). Executive presence; comfortable presenting and collaborating with senior leaders. Ability to successfully manage and execute multiple concurrent initiatives using established product management tools and processes. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills. Understanding of the full breadth of needs for a solution to be brought to market (infrastructure, QA, UA, security, etc.). Able to work on a team in person and in a collaborative virtual setting; self-motivated, self-directed, adaptable.
