Job Summary

: . As a Marketing Manager at NWS, you are responsible for overseeing all products and programs for your defined brands within the marketing department. These duties include relaying information between upper management and department employees regarding budgets and daily procedures, overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies campaigns to promote business products and services, and hiring and training department employees, designing, creating and building programs, services and products to drive revenue and gain new customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Research audience preferences and discover current trends for both host and consumers. Developing marketing strategies for advertising new products and programs Building new products and programs that drive new growth. Leading and training designers and other marketing associates and contractors Designing, building, and implementing consumer email marketing campaigns Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints Designing, building and implementing host email marketing campaigns to gain new net new accounts and programs. Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales. Building web content and email marketing campaign for the defined brand Creation of digital, print, web and other marketing verticals to promote and gain new sales and customers Analyze program and service data in order to effectively design and develop appropriate proper programs and services. Analyze data to help forecast program revenue. Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets. Design and develop new products. Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management Build campaigns from start to finish. Help and collaborate with entire marketing team on other marketing projects with other brands whether be project driven, creative, copyright to overall design and support. Collaborate and work on other company marketing initiatives when asked. Attending sponsored professional development events and trainings. Be a thought leader across the company for the power of great photography to build powerful brands. Oversee the postproduction of all photography assets to assure high consistency and creative vision. Manage multiple, simultaneous shoot timelines to assure on-time delivery of all business-critical assets. Build strong relationships and collaborative working environments across the company and functions to foster great communication, collaboration, and trust. Develop a deep knowledge of the brand, our categories, and products to apply across all work. Be a great and passionate teammate who brings compassion, creativity and a positive influence on all teammates. Simply be a leader in marketing and own the projects you are assigned from start to end. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (Experience, Skills & Equipment): Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communication, or other related field. 5+ years of marketing experience Proven ability to design and create content Proven ability to develop content calendars Proven ability to self-manage

Preferred Qualifications (Experience, Skills & Equipment): Ability to develop create content for social media to align with initiatives. Ability to design within Adobe Creative Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
