The position provides support through representation of senior leadership interests and in some cases is an active team member on Quality strategy initiatives. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborates with stakeholders to identify specific business requirements Supports the development of Quality programs and initiatives through analyzing, monitoring, and reporting, including data visualization. Serves as a data and program expert for the department Performs data analysis, gathering and integrating large volumes of data to perform analysis, interpret results, and develop actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborates with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis Develops process flows and standard operating procedures Creates and utilizes tracking and organizational schematics to ensure projects are on track to meet deadlines Researches, retrieves, designs, and delivers organized analytics and reporting Designs, prepares, modifies, and develops selected recurring and ad-hoc reports within given projects Develops and documents complex business analysis and reporting requirements Schedules and tracks internal and external meetings, documenting meeting minutes and tracking follow-up/action items Coordinates a variety of projects/requests simultaneously and ensures timely completion in accordance with business initiatives Assists with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new reports including dashboards You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
