Description

The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals, driving brand awareness, acquiring customers, and managing all marketing channels effectively. They oversee product marketing efforts, conduct market research, manage the marketing budget, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Ultimately, the VP of Marketing is pivotal in driving business growth and success through strategic marketing initiatives and effective leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the strategic execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain the Simply NUC brand values and voice, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and collateral.
  • Oversee and track digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, events and online advertising.
  • Lead content strategy and development across various channels, including website, blog, social media, and marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with the product team to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features, including messaging, positioning, and pricing.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing budget, track key performance metrics, and provide regular reporting and analysis to executive team.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the technology industry, preferably in hardware or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Understand and experience of sales force automation and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
