Ideal Candidate Qualifications

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment to make photocopies, scan documents, etc.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail.

+ Self-motivated and proactive individual.

+ Must have a valid drivers license.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

As an office assistant, youll work closely with project managers and project coordinators to ensure all project-related documents are accurately filed and maintained throughout each projects lifecycle. Your key duties will include organizing and storing documents in our digital system, verifying that they meet company standards, and identifying any documentation gaps. Youll also facilitate smooth communication among team members and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance and keeping projects on track. Your role will be essential in helping us deliver exceptional services across a range of exciting projects. Responsibilities may include:

+ Organizing and maintaining project-related documents and communication records.

+ Organizing and maintaining electronic filing systems.

+ Tracking and managing deadlines for filing documents.

+ Ensuring the accuracy of records and making updates with new information.

+ Providing support in various word processing, project filing, and spreadsheet tasks, as needed.

+ Taking direction, working quickly, and managing multiple priorities.

+ Having a willing attitude and the ability to learn new processes and tasks.

+ Being able to perform additional administrative tasks as needed, such as assisting with answering phones or miscellaneous deliveries and office errands.
