We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in direct sourcing and recruiting, with a focus on dental professionals such as Dentists, Hygienists, and Dental Assistants. You will be responsible for building a strong and robust talent pipeline, , leading on-campus recruiting activities, and driving impactful branding initiatives to position our organization as an employer of choice in the dental industry.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and attract qualified candidates for 42 North Dental locations across the east coast and mid-west. Primary roles include Dentists, Hygienists, and Dental Assistants.
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies making use of forums, on-line networks, job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition team to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to post open positions in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and attend college recruiting events, career fairs, and campus visits to attract top talent from dental programs and schools.
  • Create synergies between sourcing, college recruiting, and branding initiatives to maximize the impact of our recruitment efforts and position our organization as an employer of choice.
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to develop and create compelling content and materials that showcase our organization's culture, values, and career opportunities.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting dental or healthcare professionals required.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting qualified candidates in a competitive market.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Previous experience using ICIMS preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for recruitment and a genuine interest in the dental industry.
