We are open to applicants who can commit to a Part-Time 3-day week schedule Responsibilities:Enthusiastically greeting and checking patients in/outLearning about and then educating patients about our servicesAccurately scheduling patients for all of their aesthetic needs (Botox/Dysport, Derma Fillers, CoolSculpting, SculpSure, Laser Hair Removal, and Laser services)Working diligently to ensure the accurate and efficient utilization of scheduling softwareUpselling medical grade skin care products & services (extensive and on-going training provided - earn 10% of your sales)Working with the Sales Team and the Medical AssistantsAssisting with Social MediaMaintaining the appearance of the facilityMentoring other team membersVaried day, assist with services, enjoy being patient forwardOur best team members are engaged and interested in long term careers in the Aesthetics field. If you are in school as an esthetician or a recent graduate you may be a good fit. Must be proficient in using a Computer for Office applications. Must be computer literate and willing to learn new programs.Knowledge of electronic scheduling programs and CRM experience is a plus.
