Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute all HR activities and communication about the onboarding of new employees
  • Creation of offer letters, registration of new employees in HRIS, payroll systems, and the end to end background check process
  • Main point of contact for new hires, facilitate their set-up, introduce them to the company, and generally ensure that every aspect of their onboarding is smooth and successful.
  • Supports recruiters and other stakeholders by answering questions or escalating issues that may arise
Requirements:

  • 2 or more years experience in human resources
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience initiating background checks, drug screens, or generating offer letters
