The Information Technology Director oversees the internal IT department, managing the entire IT portfolio and desktop support functions. Duties and Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Develop and implement detailed short-term, medium-term, and long-term IT plans that align with company strategy and goals. Work closely with senior leadership to identify technology opportunities and risks. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and reliable. Maintain and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect the company's data and infrastructure from threats. Stay current with cybersecurity trends and best practices. Establish, maintain, and monitor the performance of service providers, subcontractors, and equipment suppliers to the IT department through service level agreements (SLAs). Audit and establish documented data recovery and business continuity plans. Address any gaps identified in the current infrastructure with proposed and implemented solutions. Participate in the annual budgeting process for IT staffing, expenses, and capital costs, including forecasting for the following year based on approved IT plans and monitoring current year spending to adhere to the budget. Maintain and support company-wide analytics, business intelligence (BI), key performance indicators (KPIs), and data visualization across platforms.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in an Information Technology leadership role. Microsoft Office 365 Client and Online Suite, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power BI PowerShell Scripting Cisco Meraki Network Infrastructure Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical employees.
