Our client is searching for a Temp to Hire Auditor (QuickBooks) for a Part Time, Fully remote opportunity.

Hours: 5-10/hrs per week

Job Description:

  • Audit the QuickBooks programs and transition then from QB desktop to the cloud for 2 organizations
  • Process incoming checks
  • Print checks remotely and maintain weekly logs with proper coding
  • Collect membership quotas or fees, income taxes, and year-end closing
  • Ensuring all is being logged correctly and labeled in proper areas
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting/Audit/System conversion.
  • Wire payment experience, specifically international payment experience
  • QuickBooks proficiency
