Day to day you will drive the execution of the commodity sourcing strategy and end-to-end supply chain performance management **.** As a Sourcing Lead you will partner cross-functionally to challenge the status quo while upholding the highest levels of integrity and compliance

**What You Need to Succeed**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Garduate Degree preferred; Concentration in Engineering, Business, or Supply Management preferred

+ Minimum 5 years of progressive sourcing or procurement experience on a supply chain or strategic sourcing team required

+ Experience managing supplier relationships preferred.

+ Knowledge of and practical experience with strategic sourcing concepts and leading practices, including:

+ Market analysis and benchmarking

+ Contractual negotiation and contract management process and insight

+ Supplier performance management

+ Supplier risk analysis

+ Oracle management tools

+ Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, required. Oracle Supply Chain module experience preferred.

+ Professional certifications (Certified Public Manager, Certified Professional in Supply Management, Certified in Production and Inventory Management) preferred.

+ Approximately 5% travel may be required to support the position's responsibilities.

+ Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.

+ Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.

+ Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.

**What You Can Offer Us**

+ Lead the sourcing process for assigned spend categories and assist the Category Manager with developing the overall sourcing strategy and opportunity assessment.

+ Drive organizational sourcing strategies through tactical and innovative sourcing programs; adapt to changing market conditions, support new business opportunities, and deliver on cost reduction strategies

+ Develop eRFx and negotiation strategies to deliver optimal cost value and supply assurance

+ Successfully manage multiple complex projects, enabling consistent implementations

+ Identify and manage procurement risks to minimize negative impacts on organizational objectives while encouraging opportunities and innovations.

+ Apply industry specific research to ensure the sourcing approach identifies risks and insights are leveraged to drive value.

+ Apply deep supply market intelligence, vendor performance scorecards, and cost benchmarking to manage price fluctuations and continually improve results and control of spend.

+ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to provide strategic insights, resolve complex issues, and deliver high performance cost, service, and quality outcomes.

+ Assist with creating or amending department policies and processes.

+ Monitor enterprise resource planning systems to ensure purchasing processes and order acceptances are successful.

+ Other duties as assigned.
