Job Description

Manage the legal, financial, and operational risk of CNB and its subsidiaries by assisting with full life-cycle contract management, including drafting and negotiation of Non-disclosure and Teaming Agreements., Act as lead in the negotiation of terms and conditions on CnB contracts, as well as filing, maintaining, and administering the contracts after execution in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations and corporate policies and procedures.

Required Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities: 

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain a government security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of relevant beginning to end contract experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have a working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and associated agency specific clauses as applicable to the contracts being administered.
  • Ability to prepare and negotiate Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreements as appropriate 
  • Must have the experience to draft, review, and lead negotiations on standard and non-standard contract terms and conditions for contractual compliance and risk in accordance with the FAR, DFAR, and government supplemental regulations.
  • Must be a detail-oriented self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills who can work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Must be proficient with various software applications such as MS Access, Word, and Excel.
  • Must possess the problem-solving skills and creativity necessary to define specific contractual requirements and reach mutual agreement between the organization and counterparty.
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently and be able to prioritize assignments based on internal customer needs.
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidence, and integrity while directly dealing with all levels of internal and external customers, to include entity C-suites.
  • Negotiation and diplomacy skills are critical in dealing with external contacts.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications.
