POSITION OVERVIEW:PrideStaff Financial is conducting a search for an Accounting Manager for our growing manufacturing client. The Accounting Manager Reports to the CEO, and supports other executive team staff. The Accounting Manager manages the Finance Department by providing financial information to the executive leadership team. The Accounting Manager administers the employee health, welfare, and retirement plans company wide. The Accounting Manager also performs IT duties and is the first point of contact for site IT issues and changes and/or upgrades are required and acts as liaison with outsourced IT vendors.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:The Accounting Manager manages the finance staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, accounts payable and business plan preparation. The Accounting Manager delegates financial tasks to allow for efficiency. The Accounting Manager coordinates with subsidiary financial teams for requested financial data coordination.Recruits and hires accounting and financial staff and conducts performance evaluations Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for current staff Ensures the Finance Department accomplishes the following key tasks:

Maintain, enter, and analyze month end GL reconciliations and journal entries

Process ACH, Check and Credit Card payments as part of weekly A/P management

Processes monthly billings from insurance providers and resolves variances Bills subsidiaries participating in benefits program and collects reimbursements Completes bi-weekly Payroll and 401(k) contributions HRIS systems data management

Supports HR and serves as backup when required

Serves as site point of contact for year-end audit process

IT tasks include:

Liaison with outsourced IT group

Be the first point of contact for IT issuesQUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

A bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business Administration preferred Proficiency using Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe software

Proficiency with ERP system and GL system (Infor CSI/Syteline 10)

Experience with HRIS systems and payroll, benefits administration (iSolved)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized and detail oriented

Ability to work extended hours when required

Active Pennsylvania Notary a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
