The starting hourly rate for this position is $27.00, influenced by factors such as your skills and experience. Additional compensation opportunities exist through performance-based bonuses and commission on completed sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive a propane delivery truck on designated routes.
  • Fill residential and commercial bulk propane tanks.
  • Deliver propane cylinders to our valued commercial and industrial clients.
  • Ensure all daily tasks are performed safely in alignment with federal and state regulations, as well as AmeriGas safety policies.
  • Consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Work flexible shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours, depending on operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid class A or B CDL, including hazmat and tanker endorsements.
  • Acceptable driving record is required.
  • Completion of a DOT physical, drug test, and background check is mandatory.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Capability to lift up to 70 lbs.
