- Manage three direct reporting raw materials technicians

-Work onsite in a factory-facing role ensuring quality on the raw materials side

- Ensure supplier maintains production needs to meet purchase order requirements

- Utilize the following tools: 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa Diagram, Process Mapping, etc.

Job Requirements

Supplier Quality Engineer Job Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in a supplier quality role required

- Experience in a leadership role required

- Bachelors in engineering or equivalent related experience required

- Experience with G.D.T. or other Blueprint/schematic reading skills

- ERP system experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

- Ability to travel 10% of the time to supplier sites
