Job Description: We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our Cambridge team in Massachusetts. The primary role of this position will be to support our developed applications when it applies to information technology systems.

* Deploy and configure Scilligence solutions for customers

* Assist customers with SSO configurations

* Assist Support team with Windows based tasks

* Assist with troubleshooting web applications using IIS and SQL

* Assist with day to day IT tasks

Basic Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience supporting Windows servers

* Customer Service, written and oral communication skills

* Knowledge of IIS, SQL, Office applications, Windows server OS

* Basic understanding of computer networking

* Self-motivated with great time management skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
