Our practice group of Seven Hills' providers, with locations to the east side of Cincinnati, is hiring a BC/BE Obstetrician/Gynecologist (Ob/Gyn) who is interested in establishing long-term roots. This is an outstanding opportunity to commence with an established patient following. 2025 Residents encouraged to apply Practice Details: 3 Ohio Office Locations: Anderson Township, Milford, & Batavia 5 Ob/Gyns, 1 Gyn, 4 CNMs Delivery volume: Approximately 80/month (60 MD’s and 20 NMW’s) Robotics Excellent support from 2 local MFM groups On Call 1:6 (with new physician) + opportunity to earn additional income by moonlighting Office schedule 3-4 days a week with potential post-call day off Senior Physician Status Eligibility (Partnership – Track) Hospital Affiliations: Deliveries at Mercy Hospital Anderson: Level II NICU 24/hr Anesthesiologists MFM support from University of Cincinnati Hospitals with level III NICU Robotics Surgeries at Mercy Hospital Anderson, The Christ Hospital, & TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Salary and PTO, including PTO for CME attendance Group-reimbursed state Medical license, DEA, license renewals, and Hospital Credentialing Company-paid: Malpractice Insurance Reimbursement allowance for approved professional expenses, e.g., CME Benefits eligibility including medical, dental, vision & more 401(k) matching Company-paid short-term and long-term disability and life insurance Access to discounts on Hotels, Theme Parks, Gym Memberships, and more through the Great Work Perks Program Axia Colleagues who successfully refer a hired physician can receive a bonus of up to $10,000 .
