Join us at the company, a seven-time Glassdoor Best Places to Work recipient, and be part of something bigPosition Overview:As the Director of Operations Excellence at the company, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Revenos team by providing leadership and support in project management, communication, and marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Vice President of Revenos & Affiliated Services, you'll spearhead tasks and projects aimed at fostering growth and lead generation within the Revenos division. Your responsibilities will also involve coordinating with divisional leadership to promote growth, managing operational procedures and documents, and facilitating seamless communication among various departments.Key Responsibilities:- Support the Vice President of Revenos in existing and new lead generation projects.- Ensure accuracy and update of Revenos Profit & Loss statements.- Manage Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Procedures, and other relevant documents.- Oversee the scheduling and maintenance of the Revenos Training calendar system.- Lead the Revenos Agent Certification program.- Coordinate contract alignment with Legal and Revenos.- Communicate Revenos schedules for training and meetings across the enterprise.- Facilitate the recognition and celebration of birthdays and staff anniversaries.- Utilize corporate databases for project management and issue resolution.- Create and maintain documentation, sheets, and forms for data retention.- Lead all Project Management initiatives as directed.- Handle cross-functional and ad hoc reporting duties.- Update data in various systems to ensure accuracy.- Ensure compliance and alignment of team duties.- Maintain accuracy of Google drives and directories.- Act as a liaison with other departments to enhance knowledge sharing of Revenos across the enterprise.Qualifications:- Strong project management skills with the ability to work across multiple channels.- Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software.- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and self-motivation.- Experience managing a Profit & Loss statement preferred.- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.- Real Estate License preferred.- 3+ years of experience in project management, lead generation, and operations.- Previous experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Relocation experience is a plusWhat We Offer:- Fully remote work environment.- Flexible Paid Time Off.- 401k with 4% match (immediate vesting).- Comprehensive Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits.- Company-provided equipment.- Monthly Technology Stipend.- FSA & HSA with employer contributions.- Stock option grant.- Health & Wellness incentives.- 100% Paid Parental Leave.EEO Statement:At the company, we value diversity and are committed to creating supportive, inclusive environments where all our colleagues can thrive.
