Responsibilities of this Role Complete the mechanical design according to the product specifications, formulate the assembly process, conduct tolerance chain analysis to the machining and assembly tolerance, and assist the optical design to complete the product tolerance analysis. Use NUDD and DFMEA tools for project risk management, develop DVP verification plans and track effects. Formulate the assessment scheme and specification of mechanical parts, establish the assessment flow and implement. Participate in the tendency research of materials, process technology and new equipment, identity and implement in advance the research achievement of the materials, key process technologies and standards, simultaneously solve the technical issues of key projects. Perform strength analysis and verification of products or components according to product specifications and reliability conditions. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering and relevant professional experience 4+ years leading design and production teams Working knowledge of analytic tools, such as ANSYS Proven experience with product development and the entirety of the product life cycle Strong ability to establish the assessed method & standard of component based on design requirement and process capability, revise and issue executable specification for parts assessment, in order to ensure all of the material and parts can meet the requirement for all of the products Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in mechanical engineering 3+ years managing production teams
