Sales Associate Roles and Responsibilities: Complete POS transactions and create a memorable experience with each guest during your scheduled shift Maintain proper stock levels, flow of patients, and cleanliness of your workstation Follow all guidelines to meet the company's standards of operations and maintain compliance Create and promote brand loyalty with each patient Create a positive work environment, upsell Accurately weigh, package, and label each product sold Cover other positions as needed Ability to resolve problems effectively and within compliance standards

Qualifications and Education Requirements: Valid Support badge from MED High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to operate standard office equipment Good verbal and written communication skills Basic math skills

Preferred Skills: Prior cannabis industry experience a plus Cash handling experience Customer service experience Point of Sale experience

Physical and Environmental Requirements: Ability to work 7 days per week including holidays, days, nights, and weekends Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions: Exposure to pollen, allergens, and chemical pesticides in the grow facility or greenhouse General office environment Extended computer usage Extended phone usage including teleconferences Work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, chemicals, fumes, dust, odors, extreme heat temperatures, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, noise, protective gear, vibrations, and water
