Job Summary:

We are seeking a financial analyst to join our client's team, assisting with budget development, financial analysis, and client service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing budgets and alternative fee arrangements
  • Monitor actual fees against budgeted fees and update budgets as needed
  • Provide financial analysis and modeling for client rate arrangements and revenue budgeting
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for firm management
  • Provide decision-support to leadership and participate in special projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA or MBA preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience as an accountant or financial analyst
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment


This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. Hybrid work schedule, 3 days a week working on site in Miamisburg, OH (non-negotiable)
