What You Will Be Doing Designing, developing and supporting high performance and scalable cloud systems and services. Coordinating with other service development teams, product management and support teams to ensure scalability, supportability and availability for owned services and dependent services. Working to resolve customer issues in a timely manner to improve issue resolution response time and customer satisfaction. Evaluating open source technologies to find the best fit for our needs, and contributing ideas to the open source community. Required Skills And Experience 8+ years of relevant industry experience Experience with Data packet/flow based forwarding, Firewalls and tunneling protocols Experience with one or more of VPP, OFP, Quagga. OVS experience is a plus. Experience building cloud products IAAS, PAAS, SaaS Knowledge of Network and Application firewalls like NAT, IPsec, IPS Knowledge of virtualization, NFVs, VMs, Containers, Kubernetes is a plus Knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins or Spinnaker Good C and Linux programming skills including data structure, auto-scaling and performance Experience programming with Python Excellent written and verbal communication skills Education BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred About Netskope Today, theres more data and users outside the enterprise than inside, causing the network perimeter as we know it to dissolve.
