Qualifications ? Bachelor's Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio school ? 6-10 years agency experience, minimum 1 year managing/leading creative teams. ? An outstanding track record and portfolio that shows off creative strategic thinking. ? Detailed multidisciplinary design knowledge with ability to steward the brand across all touch points. ? Solid knowledge of all steps required in the creative development and production process and the ability to lead both. ? Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud software, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote, Illustrator, and others ? Fluency or proficiency in Spanish language is required
