Job Title: Forklift - 1st Shift
Location: Aurora, IL 60502
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Objective: Operate forklifts and other equipment to support warehouse operations efficiently and safely
  • Drive stand-up forklifts (Raymond or Crown), cherry pickers, turrets, and hand jacks.
  • Transport, store, retrieve, identify, sort, stack, audit, and locate parts and supplies.
  • Accurately and efficiently put away or pick materials.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and integrity of the facility using 5S methodology.
  • Participate in team and safety meetings.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
    • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to operate computers and scanners.
    • Good communication and interaction skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust to sudden changes.
    • Detail-oriented and results-focused.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Stand for 8+ hours.
    • Bend, push, and lift more than 30 pounds.
    • Work in both cold and hot environments.
