Our Counseling Care Center is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist/Licensed Social Worker who possesses strong clinical skills, organizational skills and thorough documentation abilities. We are consumer-focused, and seek the ideal candidate who has the ability to work with a diverse community, various age ranges (ages 4 and up), and LGBTQ+ community. This position will:
  • Provide comprehensive mental health treatment to patients and families in cooperation with physician, nursing and other professional interdisciplinary staff and community agencies
Requirements:
  • Master's degree, post 3000 hours, Licensed as LPC or MSW at a minimum.
  • Ideal candidate will have 3000 hours post-graduate experience, Wisconsin license as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT and at least 3 years' experience
  • Must work well independently and with a team
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and interact with employee, patients, and family members in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
Preferred:
  • Experience working with Electronic Medical Records
  • Bi-lingual ability
