Position: Seasonal Sales Administrative Support

Start Date: November 18th
Contract Length: 6-8 weeks

Job Summary:

Tiff's Treats is seeking two Seasonal Sales Support individuals to assist our sales team during the busy holiday season by providing essential administrative and customer support. This temporary position focuses on ensuring smooth order fulfillment and timely customer communication during a period of high demand. Ideal candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers through the order fulfillment process once a sale is made
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on order status
  • Create and send order quotes to clients
  • Collect payment for bulk orders and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Enter ad-hoc orders for sales clients as needed
  • Coordinate custom packaging for bulk orders
  • Assist with bulk order validation, entry, and processing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic data entry and tracking
  • Experience with Slack and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.) preferred
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Zendesk is a plus
  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer support role is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

This position requires a quick onboarding process and immediate ramp-up to support the team during our busiest time of year. Successful candidates will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable jumping into a fast-paced role with minimal ramp-up time.
