Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Produce and edit original and engaging social media content (TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn) that drives engagement and keeps CCM and Dirt Cheap top of mind across the ever-evolving social media landscape.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices to optimize content performance.
  • Participate, and lead social lives to produce awareness and sales.
  • Plan and publish organic social content on social media as assigned, including the writing of organic copy.
  • Monitor and moderate all social media mentions of brands across social media to protect the brand, inform reporting, and identify engagement opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of storytelling and create content that captivates emotions and encourages individuals to make purchases.
  • Manage and track social media budgets, including incentive/gifting programs.
  • Establish metrics of success and present reports on performance.
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by the head of marketing.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of social media and influencer management experience preferred
  • Outgoing & friendly personality required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics
  • Experience with influencers and influencer marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging content
  • Proficient in video editing software and tools (e.g. Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro,Final Cut Pro, etc
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience in retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred but not required
  • Must be located in Mississippi or North Texas and have the ability to travel to store locations
  • Background check required unless internal promotion


Salary Description
