If you like to make things happen and are passionate about what you do, you're going to want to be here.Join us and become part of the power behind possible.About The OpportunityThis position has primary responsibility for ensuring customer and business requirements are met by promoting employee engagement, managing the plant Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with the ORBIS QMS and driving continuous improvement.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints through execution, facilitation, continuous follow up, communications, and/or re-work (including on-site)Communicate, and problem solve with customers and the organization as neededManage product/process trialsDevelop capable production processes (new and existing product)Drive execution of, maintain, improve and train as it relates to local process ownership, ORBIS production system, Quality plan, process capability, calibration, internal audits, cross plant audits, Corrective and Preventive Action, and the Document Management SystemMonitor, analyze and report performance metrics (to local and corporate)Lead / Promote problem solving and ensure continuous improvement utilizing the CAPA system, designed experiments, Six Sigma/Lean methodologies, and other problem-solving methodologiesEducation Requirements:Required - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Quality or EngineeringExperience Requirements:Required - 5 years of relevant work experienceRequired - 3 years of quality leadershipTravel Required:Up to 15% travel required#LI-EE1#ORBISTwo companies, one vision.Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
