Our client in the retail industry, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join its growing team in Duluth, GA.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the timely and efficient processing of a biweekly hourly payroll
  • Assist managers with time and attendance procedures including approvals and changes
  • Follow-up with supervisors and managers on missing or incomplete documentation
  • Import time and pay files into ADP WFN ( Time, Commission, Bonus)
  • Assist with identifying and resolving payroll and HRIS system discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate payroll files, procedures and payment back up for each pay cycle
  • Respond to employees and management regarding payroll and benefits inquires
  • Answer garnishment and child support order notices in a timely manner
  • Assist with setting up multi state garnishments, tax liens and child support orders
  • Assist with Annual Benefit Open Enrollment and day to day benefit administration
  • Assist with ensuring final pay records are in compliance as per standard operating procedures
  • Monthly and ad hoc reporting
  • Other special projects as needed


Desired Skills:

  • Associate Degree in business or accounting
  • 1-3 years minimum of full cycle payroll processing
  • ADP WFN experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with superior customer service and time management skills
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of payroll processes and best practices
