Job Overview:
Brandon J. Broderick, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Back Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure every interaction is handled with empathy and professionalism. This role is critical in managing a high volume of calls, routing inquiries efficiently, and upholding the firm's reputation for client care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
- Provide an exceptional first impression for all clients and callers, ensuring their needs are met or directed to the appropriate department.
- Listen attentively to caller concerns and inquiries, and handle each call patiently and with understanding, especially in sensitive situations.
- Route calls accurately and promptly to the correct team members or departments.
- Document call details meticulously, ensuring accurate logging of caller information, case-related inquiries, and messages.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling all client information and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and coordinating follow-ups.
- Previous experience in a high-volume call handling environment is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm, composed, and empathetic under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when routing calls and documenting information.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and appearance, representing the firm's values in all client interactions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
